- Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Low-Value Items (under $10)
- If the item has been used or opened, it may not be eligible for return.
- We may offer a partial refund so you can keep the product.
- We may offer to resend the product if you cover the shipping cost.
- If you insist on returning, we will provide a shipping label to our warehouse.
High-Value Items
- A shipping label will be provided or return shipping costs negotiated.
- After the item arrives at the warehouse, inspection and restocking fees may apply.
- Please contact us for exact cost details before returning.
Important Reminders
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please do not ship your return without contacting us first.
- International return shipping can take up to 3 months and items may be subject to customs fees.
